The resistance bands were designed based on the expertise and experience of Vida Macura Maglica, multiple-time national karate champion and certified Level 2 strength & conditioning coach.
The set includes 3 resistance bands with different difficulty levels: basic, medium, and advanced.
Made from high-quality, durable materials (cotton and elastane), the bands are comfortable and safe to use – they don’t slip, snap, or dig into the skin.
These bands are a versatile training tool that can significantly enhance your home workouts and can be used in almost any training program.
The bands are machine washable at 30°C, and a storage pouch is included.
