Extreme traning is a patented and very effective workout program. The pillars of Extreme training are strength, mobility, balance and coordination exercises. With over 1500 different exercises and other motivated members you will have a good time while working out.

High intensity workouts are suitable for everybody, because exercises can be manually adjusted for your age and skill level.

Train with a professional , ex Karate champion and a licenced trainer Vida Macura Maglica.

Me and my licenced trainers will motivate, lead and keep an eye on your progress making sure everything goes as planned.
