Returns and exchanges

Yes, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving your order. If you don't like the size, style, or simply change your mind. The product must be:
- In the same condition as when it was received
- It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way
- It must have the original labels and packaging
- The product must be free of pet hair, stains or dirt
- Please ensure that the products do not have traces of make-up, self-tanning agents or deodorants – in this case, we cannot approve a return or exchange

Returns are possible within 30 days of receiving the order.
- Refunds will be made in the same way as the payment was made (e.g. PayPal → PayPal, card → card).
- PayPal refunds are usually visible immediately.
- Credit cards: refund is visible within 1-5 business days (depending on the bank).

If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at sales@extremetraining.eu and attach photos of the defect. In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will arrange a replacement or refund. If the defect is not due to manufacturing, unfortunately we will not be able to exchange or return the product, and it will be returned to you at your expense.
