This mat was designed based on the knowledge and experience of Vida Macura Maglica, a multiple-time national karate champion and certified strength & conditioning coach (Level 2).
It features a modern design and is made from high-quality, hypoallergenic materials.
The mat offers optimal body cushioning during workouts, helping to reduce pressure on the joints and other sensitive areas of the body (tailbone, knees, elbows, palms, etc.).
The textured bottom ensures excellent grip on the floor, providing greater stability and ease during exercise.
The mat also comes with a protective carry bag with a strap for easy transport and storage.
