Returns and exchanges

  • Yes, you can return the product within30 days of receiving your orderif you don't like the size, style, or simply change your mind. The product must be:

    • In the same condition as when it
      was received
    • It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way
    • It must have the original labels and packaging
    • The product must be free of pet hair, stains or dirt
    • Please ensure that the products do not have traces of make-up, self-tanning agents or deodorants – in this case, we cannot approve a return or exchange

  • Menjava je mogoča preko standardne menjave. To pomeni:

      The exchange is possible through the standard exchange. This means:
    • First, you send the product back,
    • After receiving and approving your return, we will send you the selected replacement product.

    Note: We cannot guarantee that the exchange product will still be in stock, so we advise you to return the shipment as soon as possible.

  • Returns are possible within 30 days of receiving the order.

    • Refunds will be made in the same way as the payment was made (e.g. PayPal → PayPal, card → card).
    • PayPal refunds are usually visible immediately.
    • Credit cards: refund is visible within 1-5 business days (depending on the bank).

  • If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at sales@extremetraining.eu and attach photos of the defect. In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will arrange a replacement or refund. If the defect is not due to manufacturing, unfortunately we will not be able to exchange or return the product, and it will be returned to you at your expense.

Size and fit

  • Our clothes are tailored very precisely and consistently, so most customers choose their usual size. We recommend that you check our size chart before buying, which includes measurements in centimeters for the waist, hips and chest.

    Once you've figured out your number, it's easy to order in the future – our models rarely vary in size.

  • If you're between the two, we recommend choosing a larger one if you prefer comfort, or a smaller one if you want a more grippy feel. For example:

    • If you want the spiders to be more compressive and shapely – choose a smaller one.
    • If you want more room to move around or a relaxed look – choose a larger one.

    In case you choose the wrong number, you can of course replace it.

  • Yes, all our products are made of high-quality materials with a lot of stretch. Our spiders, sports tops and other products fit perfectly to the body and allow complete freedom of movement.

    The materials are tested for support, elasticity and shape retention even after multiple washes.

  • Yes, we care about consistency between collections, so once you know your size, it will continue to fit you in the future – regardless of the model or color.

    In the event that a particular model nevertheless deviates slightly from the standard size, this will be clearly indicated in the product description.

Where can I wear Extreme clothing?

  • No! Although our pieces are designed for high performance in various activities (fitness, running, yoga, pilates, etc.), they are also great for everyday wear. Our materials and cuts combine comfort, functionality and style – making them suitable for almost any occasion.
